48-Hour Extended Test Drive – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

   • Offer available to existing commercial vehicle drivers aged 25–70.

   • Participants must hold a full UK driving licence valid for at least 12 months and free from major endorsements.

   • Business and private van owners are both eligible.

2. Test Drive Requirements

   • Participants must leave their current commercial van or vehicle at Western Volkswagen Van Centre for the full duration of the test drive.

   • The vehicle left must have valid insurance, MOT (if applicable), and be in roadworthy condition.

3. Availability

   • The campaign runs from 1st May to 30th June 2025.

   • Test drives are subject to vehicle availability and must be booked in advance.

   • Only one 48-hour test drive per customer or business entity during the campaign.

4. Vehicles Available for Test Drive

   • The offer applies exclusively to Volkswagen electric ID. Buzz Cargo and the all-new Volkswagen Transporter.

   • Specific models may vary by location and availability.

5. Driver Responsibility

   • Test drive vehicles are insured under a comprehensive policy provided by Western Volkswagen Van Centre.

   • Any damage caused through negligence, misuse, or driving outside of agreed terms may be chargeable.

   • Vehicles must be returned in the condition they were collected, barring normal usage.

6. Booking & ID Requirements

   • Valid driving licence and proof of address required at booking.

   • Proof of current van ownership or use may be requested.

7. Western Volkswagen Van Centre Rights

   • We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend this offer at any time without notice.

   • We reserve the right to refuse participation if eligibility criteria are not met or if deemed necessary for operational or safety reasons.

8. No Purchase Obligation

   • Participation in the test drive does not obligate the participant to make a purchase.
